Character Creation

Here's the suggested order for character creation.

1. Concept
2. Pick race and background package
3. Allocate stat points. Make sure that you have at most one stat at -2 or two at -1 and that the total equals 5.
4. Apply racial modifiers.
5. Apply background package.
6. Buy skills and Edges. Note that you get your first 3 Edges for free. After that, the next one costs 8 XP, the one after that 10 XP, etc., with the cost going up by 2 each time.
7. Pick starting equipment.
8. Fill in other details.
